Content Systems & Strategy (& Migrations!)

Digital Asset Management Consulting

I’ve led multiple large-scale digital asset migrations (DAM), both within organizations and during major transitions—clarifying or consolidate systems, workflows, and content libraries. This includes platform-to-platform transfers as well as full-scale integrations across teams and brands.

With years of experience as an executive producer on marketing and commercial teams, I bring a deep understanding of how different departments search for and use assets. I help design intuitive, purpose-built libraries that make assets easy to find, legally compliant, and optimized for maximum impact.

From centralizing storage to all meta data tagging to cross referencing usage contracts, I streamline operations so creative teams can move faster and stay within legal guardrails. I’ve worked across a range of DAM platforms and have partnered closely with engineering teams to build and refine proprietary systems tailored to each organization’s needs.

Rights-Ready Asset Visibility

I help build systems that show teams exactly what photo and video assets are legally cleared for use (and not!)—cutting down on unnecessary shoots, ensuring compliance, and getting more mileage out of every image. It’s about making your existing assets work harder and smarter.

Searchable Libraries & Brand Archives

I organize and maintain robust, user-friendly libraries that serve both as a creative resource and a living archive of a brand’s visual history. Teams can quickly find, reuse, and repurpose content—keeping institutional knowledge intact and creativity flowing.

Strategic Alignment & Content Planning

I connect the dots between content creation, legal usage, and campaign planning. By aligning asset management with brand goals and timelines, I help teams avoid duplication, streamline workflows, and plan post production and shoots with purpose—not guesswork.

Led the migration and integration of 70,000+ assets from Sonder into Marriott’s systems, restructuring metadata, formats, and image crops to meet new UX standards.
